Therapeutic services

Individual therapy

Weekly individual sessions with Caroline, built around the goals set in your intake assessment and adjusted as our work together progresses. Sessions usually run 60 minutes, and we can meet more often during periods when you need additional support.

Substance use counseling

Co-occurring mental health and substance use, together

This offering is for individuals or families ranging from “sober curious” to people who are years into recovery who may have hit a plateau or are meeting a challenge they’ve never had to face sober.

Family support

Family support with or without your loved one in the room. When one person is struggling, the people around them usually are too, having watched it happen, felt helpless, and often picked up anxiety, depression, or unhealthy patterns of their own.

Intake assessment

Every offering at Grava starts with an intake assessment. This is the foundation from which we build. It’s your chance to tell your story in your own words, what brought you here, what’s worked for you in the past and what hasn’t, and your goals moving forward.

Please note, all Grava Health sessions are currently virtual. Therapy is available to adults 18 and older located in Colorado at the time of each session, as Colorado licensure requires. Grava Health is an outpatient practice and isn’t equipped for detox or withdrawal management. If you need that type of treatment before working with our team, we will refer you to the right facility. Grava Health is working toward offering an in-person location in the Denver metro area, along with in-person meetups for coaching clients. Please let us know if in-person sessions are of interest to you!
