The fine print, in plain words
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises (opens in a new tab) or call 1-800-985-3059.
Notice of Privacy Practices
Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how health information about you may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to it.
Website privacy policy
Last updated November 2026
This policy covers gravahealth.com. Grava Health LLC (“Grava,” “we”) runs this site to share information about our services and to help you schedule a free consultation. For how we protect your health information as a client, see our Notice of Privacy Practices.
What we collect
- Information you choose to send us. When you book through our scheduler, the details you enter go to Carepatron, our HIPAA-compliant practice platform. If you email or text us, we receive what you send.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.
- Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. It counts visits in groups: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived (for example, from a search engine or a directory), approximate city or state, type of device, and taps on buttons such as Book, call, text, or email. It uses cookies to tell new visits from returning ones. It never receives your name, contact details, anything you enter in the scheduler, or any health information, and we keep Google’s advertising features turned off.
What we don’t do
We never sell or rent personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or remarketing, and we don’t connect website visits to anyone’s identity. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, this site doesn’t load analytics at all. You can also opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Please don’t send health information by regular email, text, or through this website. Save it for your consultation or the secure client portal.
Outside services
This site’s fonts, styles, and images are served from gravahealth.com itself, not from outside companies. Google Analytics loads from Google’s servers, as described above. The booking scheduler is provided by Carepatron and loads from Carepatron’s servers, so Carepatron receives basic technical data, such as your IP address, when it loads. Psychology Today’s verified seal on Caroline’s page loads from Psychology Today’s servers, so Psychology Today receives the same kind of basic technical data when you visit that page. Links to other websites lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
