Insurance
Grava Health is out of network with some commercial insurance plans. We can provide an insurance superbill that you may submit for possible reimbursement. Our in-network options are expanding, so reach out to see whether your plan is accepted.
Payment
Grava Health accepts credit and debit card payments through Stripe within our Carepatron electronic health records system. We offer a sliding scale based on a few factors, so ask us about payment options when you reach out. Our financial and payment policies are shared during the admissions process and can be referenced any time in your client portal.
Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If a 24-hour notice is not given or if you miss a session, the full fee applies. We hold the line on this because accountability is part of the work, and we also know life happens, so everyone gets one pass.
Your right to a good faith estimate
If you don’t have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs before your first session. If a bill comes in $400 or more above that estimate, you can dispute it. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises (opens in a new tab).
